Heartland Log Homes offers customers the expertise of a general contractor who has extensive experience providing quality log home construction. Our log home construction options give you the opportunity to work with a general contractor throughout the planning, purchasing, and building processes.

You may choose to build your own log home, but, if you prefer, we have professional crews that provide complete Dry-In Service. If you wish, we can construct the foundation for your log home in the Middle Tennessee area. However, due to variations in building codes, you will need to construct the foundation for your log home if you live outside the Middle Tennessee area.

Heartland Log Homes is committed to providing quality construction services. We offer a complete Dry-In Service for your convenience and also utilize independent subcontractors to dry-in homes located outside our region. Labor costs will vary depending on location, but we can give you an estimate of average dry-in costs. A typical dry-in will include the following:

• subfloor
• log walls
• roof system
• ceiling beams
• gable ends
• exterior door and window installation
• complete porch systems
• interior stud walls
